These products are available to residents of the Tri-County area free of charge. Stearns County Household Hazardous Waste Mobile Unit: The mobile unit stops in many communities throughout the summer for free drop off. Call for more information. Car Seat Recycling Program: Residents can drop off their used car seats and they will be disassembled and parts recycled Also provides the Stearns County Waste Wizard Mobile App. It is a tool that will help determine whether a specific item should be recycled, composted, or dropped off at the Stearns County Household Hazardous Waste Facility.
