Residential treatment services for chemically dependent men. Services include: - Aftercare services - Case management - Co-Occurring Disorders Program (Recovery management) - Community referrals (Links to supportive housing) - Family programming - Group counseling/therapy - Individualized treatment planning - Life skills education - Medication monitoring - One-to-one counseling - Relapse prevention education - Relationship group (Healthy communication/support system and family reintegration) - 12-step meeting
