Eligibility
  • Individuals ages 15 and older and service providers
  • Children ages 6 - 15 receive counseling with a parent or guardian. Teens ages 15 and older may call or log in on their own without parental permission.
Hours
  • Afternoon Clinics (in-person and virtual): 1 pm - 3 pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • Evening Clinics (virtual): 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm Monday - Thursday

Provides anonymous counseling for older adolescents, individual adults, couples, and families. Particular focus is placed on those who lack access to care, insurance, or who can't wait for appointments. Professional clinicians who are volunteers provide help for anxiety, concerns about loved ones, depression, grief, relationship problems, substance abuse, and trauma. Services may include:
  • Referrals for longer-term help and specialized services
  • Short-term counseling arranged by appointment
