- Individuals ages 15 and older and service providers - Children under 15 years of age receive counseling with a parent or guardian. Teens ages 15 and older may call or log in on their own without parental permission.
Clients do not have to give any identifying information if they choose not to. If a client uses an assumed name, they should use the same name in the future.
- Afternoon Clinics (in-person and virtual): 1 pm - 3 pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - Evening Clinics (virtual): 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm Monday - Thursday

Description

?Provides anonymous counseling for older adolescents, individual adults, couples, and families. Particular focus is placed on those who lack access to care, insurance, or who can't wait for appointments. Professional clinicians who are volunteers provide help for anxiety, concerns about loved ones, depression, grief, relationship problems, substance abuse, and trauma. Services may include: - Short-term counseling arranged by appointment - Referrals for longer-term help and specialized services NOTE: Does not provide treatment services for young children
