Call; self referral or a physician can call directly to initiate a referral. Anyone can call for a Free Needs Assessment (see separate program).

- Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART): A new form of eye movement therapy similar to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

- Air Water Earth (AWE) Therapy: Supports connection to self, nature, and others through positive emotions

- Integrative health for assessment and treatment of the whole person

- Perinatal Clinic Therapy and Psychiatry: Provide evidence-based, family systems-based treatment for women and families affected by Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs)

- Psychotherapy: Offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and much more
