Domestic Violence Intervention Program (DVIP): Identifies and provides services to patients and employees who are victims and survivors of domestic violence. The program collaborates with the Hennepin County Domestic Abuse Service Center (DASC) to provide services. Next Step: A violence prevention program provided to youth ages 12 - 28 years who are admitted to the hospital due to a stabbing or gunshot. Hennepin Assault Response Team - HART: Assists victims of rape and sexual assault through area hospital emergency departments 24 hours a day. They complete an evidentiary exam and help individuals cope with the trauma and consequences of the assault.
