Fees

Rent is 30% of the monthly adjusted income; one month security deposit required as well as a one year lease. Minimum rent for zero income tenants is $25.

Description

Iverson Court is a subsidized apartment building for adults with developmental disabilities who meet HUD requirements. Amenities include: on-site manager / security; two apartments are totally barrier free and the remaining are handicapped accessible; pets are allowed, social and recreational activities offered, and in close proximity to shopping, churches, restaurants, bus lines, and nutrition sites.
