Community youth clinic offers the following services: - Child and teen check-ups - Contraceptive services - Flu shots - General medical care such as physicals, school and sports physicals - HIV testing and counseling - HPV immunizations for patients whose insurance pays for it - Pregnancy testing and counseling - Prenatal care, postnatal care, and delivery at United Hospital or Regions Hospital - STD testing and treatment

- Sliding fee scale; paid by insurance - Free pregnancy testing - No one is turned away for inability to pay

Required documents

Some picture identification requested as well as insurance card if insured. If a person comes without any identification or insurance they will still be able to be served.

Eligibility

Youth 11 - 24 years in Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties; referral service for all ages
