Confidential assistance:- Accompaniment during the court process- Focuses on shifting legal and protective responsibility away from victims of domestic violence to the criminal justice system and provides options and accountability for those who are abusive- Information and referral to legal, medical, and social service agencies- Offers accompaniment through the justice system and strives to keep victims informed- Offers community education and presentations on domestic violence, sexual violence, child abuse, sexual exploitation, and human trafficking for community organizations, schools, churches, system professionals, and other groups- Provides immediate intervention and coordination with law enforcement to assist victims at times of crisis
