Criminal Expungement Clinic
Anoka County Law Library partners with Central Minnesota Legal Services for a presentation and clinic to assist individuals in search of criminal expungement. Attorneys give a presentation about the process. Following the presentation, attorneys meet with people thar qualify who have questions and provide additional information.
Family Law Clinics
Provides lawyers who may be able to review legal papers, answer questions about the law, and advise on court proceedings. Currently being run remotely with the option of speaking to attorneys via Zoom or phone call. Attorneys can advise about divorce, orders for protection, child support motions, custody matters, and parenting time (visitation). Joint program with Anoka County Law Library and Central Minnesota Legal Services.
