Provides community health services such as: - Breastfeeding and lactation consultant - Car seat education - Childbirth education classes - Child and teen checkups - Child home safety checks - Communicable disease follow-up and cancer prevention - Community nutrition educator - Diabetes prevention - Doula program to support women throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum - Family planning - Immunizations for adults and children - Maternal child health home visiting - Parenting education ?- Tobacco Cessation
