Call for crisis intervention; collect calls are accepted (after hours the line is answered by Rochester Women's Shelter, who will put the victim in contact with an advocate from the Advocacy Center of Winona.)

Description

The Advocacy Center of Winona provides a 24-hour crisis line offering advocacy and emergency services for victims of domestic violence or sexual assault. Staff at this line can provide referrals and arrange for transportation to short-term safe homes (available in Rochester, Red Wing, or La Crosse).
