The Advocacy Center of Winona provides a 24-hour crisis line offering advocacy and emergency services for victims of domestic violence or sexual assault. Staff at this line can provide referrals and arrange for transportation to short-term safe homes (available in Rochester, Red Wing, or La Crosse).
