Saint Anne's Place - Emergency Family Shelter - People Serving People

Provides emergency shelter and support to pregnant women and mothers with minor children. St. Anne's Place is a safe environment for homeless families to stabilize and explore options for their future. Shelter provides private bedrooms, shared bathrooms, meals, snacks, and basic necessities for up to 16 families. St. Anne's Place is not a domestic violence shelter. St. Anne's Place cannot accept self-referrals; all referrals must come from Hennepin County Shelter Team. Additional programming may include: - Case management - Ensuring that children are enrolled and attending school - Referrals for behavioral health services - Skill building in parenting, education, finance, nutrition, and more - Tutoring for school-age children
