Provides support through phone, chat, webform, and the website with information on a variety of topics for individuals with disabilities, the families who support them, and professionals working with individuals with disabilities. Topics include health insurance, disability benefits, employment benefits, housing, planning for the future, transition-age youth, and assisting with requesting assessments or processing requests. NOTE: The Hub does not provide direct financial assistance or provide application assistance. The Hub is not able to determine eligibility or set people up with assessments for services.
