- Riders: Older adults ages 60 and older who currently have Blue Plus, Medica, Medical Assistance/Medicaid (MA), South Country, and UCare clients who are residents of Winona County - Volunteers: Adults ages 21 and under
- Riders: Application/intake form health insurance card Medical Assistance/Medicaid (MA) - Volunteers: Driver's license good driving record proof of insurance
8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday

- Call dispatcher 48 hours in advance (if possible) and leave a voicemail if picked up by the answering service - Donation-based Services: Call dispatch - Medica, South Country, Blue Plus, and UCare clients should call the provider's number on the back of their benefit cards for authorization. The provider then forwards the ride information to SEMCAC upon authorization.
