Child care program that includes: - Assessment of all children - Development and educational programming for all children - Early intervention - Individual Family Service Plans - Individual learning plans for each child - Medical services from an on-site community health clinic staffed by agency nurses and contracted medical personnel - Multi-cultural programming that promotes self-esteem, pride, and self-awareness - Parent education, regular communication meetings, and conferences - School enrichment for school-age programs - School readiness/preschool screening - Special needs programming
