Anyone needing services who is funded by Hennepin County child care service

Required documents

Application/registration form medical history all children enrolling at the center must have updated immunization records and a current physical (no older than one year) prior to starting

6:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday

Interpreters available; Hmong; Laotian; Spanish
