Provides health education and advocacy with a focus on families who reside on the Northside of Minneapolis; services include: - Assistance signing up with available insurance programs, including MNSure, in partnership with the Southeast Asia Resource Action Center - Chemical health, tobacco and narcotics prevention and education - Hepatitis B awareness and education - Women's health and breast cancer awareness
