Arranges non-emergency transportation to and from covered health care services. Transportation may be arranged in the following formats:
- Common Carrier: includes taxis and volunteer driver programs
- Public bus and light rail: may be available for the 7-county metro area and St. Cloud, Duluth, and the greater St. Louis County area
- Specialized Transportation Services: includes wheelchair vans and stretcher vehicles
