Application process
- Breastfeeding and Chestfeeding Resources: WIC participants should call the WIC program. Non-WIC participants should call the main intake phone number or email.
- Follow Along Program: Visit website for enrollment form
- Health Screenings: Call for blood pressure dates and times. Call for more information about home assessments. Call for appointment for Tuberculin skin tests.
- WIC Supplemental Nutrition Program: Call for appointment

Fees
- Immunizations: $20 donation requested per vaccination, however, no one is turned away due to lack of funds
- Tuberculin Skin Tests: $40
- Other Services: Fees are based on income and family size. Some are covered by private health insurance or Medicaid. Some services have no fee and are supported by state and federal grants.

Breastfeeding and Chestfeeding Resources
- Public Health Nurses, WIC Lactation Consultants, and Peer Breastfeeding Counselors are available to answer questions or concerns regarding breast/chestfeeding
- Trainings: Personal and Family Preparedness in All Seasons; Psychological First Aid
- Weather-related information for excessive heat and extreme cold
- Blood pressure screenings
- Hearing screenings
- Home assessment for asthma triggers
- Tuberculin skin tests
- Offers immunizations to individuals who are uninsured or underinsured through the Minnesota Vaccines for Children (MNVFC) and the Uninsured and Underinsured Adult Vaccines (UUAV) programs.
- Assessment of health concerns
- Connections to local resources
- Support to community organizations to learn more about supporting aging residents
- Assistance with health care questions; food concerns; counseling; child growth and development; parenting skills; asthma education and safe living conditions
- Connections to local resources
- Education and support for expectant mothers, new parents, and families
- Infant Health Initiative: Provides resources and support to pregnant individuals and families with newborns, focusing on reducing infant mortality and preventing preterm births while promoting healthy family environments.
- Maternal Early Childhood Sustained Home-Visiting (MECSH) Program: Public Health Nurses promote healthy pregnancy and childhood development with families through discussion, learning opportunities, developmental screening, and referrals to community resources as needed. A needs assessment is completed during pregnancy or the first 2 months after a newborn's discharge from the hospital. Families may be enrolled until the child turns 2 years old.
- Public Health Nurses provide health counseling, education, and resource information to individuals and groups
- Provides nutrition education, breast/chestfeeding counseling and support, and food benefits for eligible people who are pregnant, have recently been pregnant, or have children up to age 5 years of age.
