The Community Development Program secures state and federal programs and services for local communities, including:
- Improve or replace sewer systems, water towers, and infrastructures
- Levy Revolving Rehab Loan Program: Administers rehab loans specifically allocated to each county and made available as low-interest loans to homeowners and businesses
- Rehabilitate existing homes and rental properties
- Small Cities Development Program: Provides home and commercial rehabilitation to improve building appearances, efficiency, access, and safety
