Cell phones will be reprogrammed to only work when dialing 9-1-1 and then given to a victim of domestic abuse, seniors, or anyone in poor health who lives alone. Phones can be dropped off at city hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive. - Firearm permit information - Municipal police department - Neighborhood watch - Volunteers used for police reserve and park patrols
