- Residents of Anoka, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, and Washington counties with an emphasis on older adult individuals, those with living with a mental illness and recovering from a substance use- Must be able to function in a home environment without assistance for bowel incontinence, catheter care, use of medications not taken by mouth, wound care, dressing changes, or irrigations of any kind

Drug free, non-alcoholic group home that provides sleeping room and meals to five or more adults. Shared room with shared living space and bathroom. Residents share a common area for dining and other activities. Supportive services include:- Assistance with transportation for medical and social services- Chemical dependency care- Laundry facilities and housekeeping- Meals- Medication assistance and storage of medications if requested- Supervision and minimal assistance with independent living skills such as social and recreational opportunities
