Persons living anywhere in Minnesota whose DACA expires as far out as 6 months from the present are eligible for an appointment
Proof of household income all documents pertaining to the legal issues including any paperwork received concerning the case and the names, phone numbers and addresses of all persons involved. Preparing and bringing a written summary of the legal situation is also helpful.

Provides legal representation and outreach for current recipients of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program who are eligible to renew their DACA status.

In addition, ILCM provides education and advocacy regarding immigration law.
