Provides in-person or virtual outpatient integrated mental health services through a trauma-informed perspective that focuses on supporting psychological and emotional safety. Services provided include treatment for but not limited to:
  • Adjustment disorder
  • Anxiety
  • Attachment or abandonment issues
  • Child or adolescent behavioral concerns
  • Couples counseling
  • Depression
  • Emotional and mental trauma
  • Family counseling
  • Mindfulness practices
  • Parenting support
  • Self esteem issues
  • Family therapy: Couples therapy; intergenerational, parent-child, and sibling work.
  • Group therapy: Offered for adolescents and adults.
  • Individual therapy: Children, adolescents, and adults. Offers play therapy for children.
  • Parenting: Parenting coaching, parenting assessments, specialty parenting groups for parents with children of different age groups.
Evidence-Based Approaches may include: ?
  • Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TFCBT)
