Eligibility
Residents of Kandiyohi County who are:- Fathers or alleged fathers of a minor child- Have court-ordered, physical custody of a minor child- Parents of a minor child, and if one parent does not live with the child- Parents who pay court-ordered child support- Receiving public assistance for a minor child who lives in their home
