County is responsible for: - Assessment and placement of recipients who need chemical dependency treatment services - Certification of claim forms prior to billing Department of Human Services - Establishing contracts with facilities and programs to provide chemical dependency services - Provide funding for individuals seeking chemical assessment services through the Consolidated Chemical Dependency Treatment Fund.
