Case management support to qualifying Eden Prairie and Chanhassen residents only. Intake and screening necessary. Financial assistance may include:
- Housing/Homelessness prevention support. Clients are expected to participate in goal planning for optimum results. This is a partnership program that is available to create stability to qualified individuals and families.

- Car repairs
- Other support may be available
