- Provides restorative, recovery-oriented interventions directly to individuals who are living with a serious mental illness and are assessed for services. Services are provided in their homes or elsewhere in the community. - ARMHS includes four components: Basic living and social skills, community intervention, medication education, and transitioning to community living

Donations accepted; paid by insurance; sliding scale for residents of Anoka County and occasionally residents of other counties

Required documents

Health insurance card; Medical Assistance (MA) card; picture ID; if sliding fee is needed, individuals should bring a copy of their address and a copy of a recent paycheck or last year's tax form

Eligibility

Individuals receiving Medicaid and are living with a serious and persistent mental illness who are residents of Anoka county
