Eligibility
Residents of Ramsey and Washington counties:
  • Must not be currently receiving Food Support Benefits from Ramsey or Washington County Human services
  • Must be below USDA income eligibility guidelines
Required documents
Application/Registration Form documentation required depends upon program. Types of documentation include applications, mail with current address, proof of household income, and utility bills.

8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday closed most major holidays

Hmong; Somali; Spanish; interpreters available
