Emergency General Assistance - EGA - Human Services of Faribault and Martin Counties
Cash-grant program for families with low incomes experiencing household emergencies such as eviction, utility shut-offs, or other expenses. Families can receive assistance once every 12 months. The assistance received must resolve the crisis. Families must use their own money first. The amount of assistance provided might not cover the entire emergency, but it can help. NOTE: Client may also be eligible for Emergency Minnesota Supplemental Aid, Emergency Assistance, and/or Emergency Medical Assistance.
