Eligibility

- Low income, older adults who are residents of Anoka or Hennepin counties - Eligibility is determined by applicant's financial status, type of legal service desired, urgency, and whether a lawyer in private practice would take the case on a contingent fee basis - that is, secure their fee from the lawsuit
