- Call to speak with a referral counselor. Referral Counselors will direct callers to the appropriate resource, agency or private attorney. If referred to an attorney, the initial consultation occurs at the attorney's office unless otherwise agreed upon by the attorney and client. - Appointments are set within 1 - 3 business days after the call. Referral Counselors must ask permission from the attorney to set up an appointment more than 3 business days in advance.
- No cost to request legal information - Attorney fees: Vary by attorney and clients ability to pay; $30 administrative fee to schedule an appointment with an attorney - No administrative fee is collected for personal injury, worker's compensation, Social Security Disability, SSI, or malpractice cases
