Owns and/or manages a variety of housing apartments, townhomes, and single-family homes in several counties of southeastern Minnesota. - Low-to-Moderate Income Housing: Below-market rate townhome communities that accept voucher/rental assistance. - Market-Rate Housing: Properties where rent is determined by local market rates (often with additional amenities), for individuals/families and older adults - Other Subsidized Housing: Income-based rental units supported by government (HUD, Rural Development), for families, individuals, seniors, and people with disabilities - Public Housing: For low- and moderate-income individuals and families: scattered- and multi-unit properties (1-4 bedroom units).
