Owns and/or manages a variety of housing apartments, townhomes, and single-family homes in several counties of southeastern Minnesota.- Low-to-Moderate Income Housing: Below-market rate townhome communities that accept voucher/rental assistance.- Market-Rate Housing: Properties where rent is determined by local market rates (often with additional amenities), for individuals/families and older adults- Other Subsidized Housing: Income-based rental units supported by government (HUD, Rural Development), for families, individuals, seniors, and people with disabilities- Public Housing: For low- and moderate-income individuals and families: scattered- and multi-unit properties (1-4 bedroom units). Rent is based on income (generally 30% of income)
