Native Americans who live on the Fond du Lac reservation in Carlton County and southern cities in Saint Louis County of Brookston, Cloquet, and Duluth

Provides dental services for Fond Du Lac band members and non-members from other federally recognized tribes and their families. Services provided are:
  • Adult and child prophylaxis (teeth cleaning)
  • Crown and bridge
  • Dental exams
  • Fluoride treatments
  • Fissure sealants
  • Filings
  • Full and partial dentures
  • Minor oral surgery
  • Root canals
  • X-rays
NOTE: In some cases, patients may be coordinated with an outside dental specialist for oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, pediatrics, and periodontal care
