- Call intake line; all requests for service will be screened and referred for appropriate action - Existing clients can call the Administration/Reception phone

Eligibility

- Low income residents of Hennepin County - Low income residents of Anoka County who are over the age of 60 - Eligibility is determined by applicant's financial status, type of legal service desired, urgency, and whether a lawyer in private practice would take the case on a contingent fee basis - that is, secure their fee from the lawsuit
