- Low income residents of Hennepin County - Low income residents of Anoka County who are over the age of 60 - Eligibility is determined by applicant's financial status, type of legal service desired, urgency, and whether a lawyer in private practice would take the case on a contingent fee basis - that is, secure their fee from the lawsuit

Provides legal advice, advocacy and representation for tenants with issues related to tenant/landlord law including Eviction Actions or Unlawful Detainers, Lease Terminations, repair issues, problems with public housing, subsidized housing, Section 8 housing and programs such as Group Residential Housing (GRH).
