Eligibility

- Adults 18 years or older who have a mental health diagnosis and an assessed significant impairment in functioning which supports the need for day treatment services - Clients must have the physical and cognitive ability to benefit form the services provided - Primarily serving residents in Baxter, Coon Rapids, Duluth, Eden Prairie, New Brighton, Otsego, Sartell, and Woodbury
