Eligibility
Residents of Pennington County and Red Lake County who are breastfeeding, pregnant, and post-partum women with children age birth - 5 and meet WIC income guidelines or one of the following requirements:
- Be enrolled in another program such as Medical Assistance or SNAP
- Nutrition and/or medical need
