Application process

  • Call dispatch for route schedules. Monthly passes and tokens are available at schools for students and at various sites for adults and senior citizens
  • Call dispatch for the Dial-A-Ride service

  • Transfer: Free for immediate transfer only to any other route

A local city government transportation service with fixed bus routes for the cities of Winona and Goodview.

In addition, a Dial-A-Ride service is offered for people who are more than 2 blocks off of the regular bus routes up to two miles outside of the cities' limits. For the Dial-A-Ride service people would call the transit dispatch to arrange the ride. All vehicles are equipped with wheelchair lifts.
