A full-service family medicine: - Behavioral health counseling: Talk therapy for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, and mental wellness - Dental care: Silver Diamine for tooth decay or pain and fluoride treatment for children - Dermatology: Minor skin procedures and toenail removal - Diabetes education: Education on how to live with type I and type II diabetes - Electrocardiogram (EKG) testing: A non-invasive heart test to help diagnose conditions - Family medicine: General care for patients of all ages, including physicals, acute illness care, and preventative care - Family planning or birth control, including prescriptions, IUDs, and implants - Genecology: Reproductive care for women, including Pap tests - Imaging services, including X-rays and ultrasounds - Lab services - Medication therapy management: Prescription and over-the-counter medicine counseling from pharmacists - Minor injury care: Care for cuts, bruises, sprains, eye injuries, and broken bones - Obstetric (OB) care: Pregnancy care (baby delivery by provider at both Essentia Health and St. Luke's) - Smoking cessation: Counseling and over-the-counter and prescription treatments to help quit smoking - Vasectomy: Surgery for men who want to prevent their partner from getting pregnant
