14 Unit Single room occupancy Low-income Single adults meeting this criteria: - Homelessness or near homelessness - Veterans and adults with disabilities (building is not wheel chair accessible) - Each unit has kitchenette - Utilities are included with the exception of telephone and cable - Large congregate living rooms and kitchens available to all tenants - Each floor has one large bathroom - Applications are available at Midway Villa - Cable Access - Community Room - Adult Day Services
