Head Start and Early Head Start - Southwestern Minnesota Opportunity Council
Involves families in educating their children and providing experiences that develop social skills, language, physical development, and concepts. Special services are offered to children with diagnosed disabilities and their families. Children birth - 4 whose family's income meets eligibility guidelines, including children with special needs. Homeless and foster care children are automatically eligible. Income guidelines may be waived for children with a disability. Residents of Murray, Nobles, Pipestone, and Rock counties
