Child and Teen Checkups - Morrison County Public Health

Staff provides outreach to families eligible for Medical Assistance (MA) who have children ages birth - 21. Checkup includes: - Dental referrals - Development assessment - Health teaching - Immunizations - Lab tests (Age appropriate, including blood, lead, pap smear, pregnancy testing, Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD), and urine) - Nutrition evaluation - Physical examinations - Vision and hearing screening
