Resources which help people who represent themselves in court without an attorney, including: - County courthouse centers, and a few libraries in Hennepin and Ramsey counties have computers that allow users to print forms, get court information, and visit links to other legal resources. Centers also have one-way phones to connect to phone assistance. - Court forms review for forms completed on a computer (Word, PDF, I-CAN, or A2J). Once forms are completed, call for an appointment. Court staff will review forms, look for neatness, accuracy, and completion. - Information available in areas of conciliation court, criminal expungement, domestic abuse, family law, guardianship, landlord tenant law, name changes, probate, wills, and more. ?The information on the website is not intended as legal advice, but is to serve as a general guide to legal processes. Persons should always talk to a lawyer before taking legal action to learn about legal rights and options. There is no attorney-client privilege or confidentiality of any information shared by a visitor and the Self-Help Center. Application process

Visit website or call. Workstations with access to the website and a phone directly linked to the call center are available in all county courthouses except Hennepin and Ramsey. The following libraries in Hennepin County also have workstations available: Brookdale, Ridgedale, and Southdale.
