  • Primarily serves Itasca
  • Must be over 60 years of age unless on a Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) Waiver
  • Must be currently on an Elderly, Alternative Care or Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) Waiver or not eligible for a waiver and low-income or Private pay

Fees

  • Current file fee at $20.00 per person per removal season. Waivered clients do not pay anything towards their service - unless the county has given them a designated copay. Low-income clients receive a portion of their service paid for by Eldercircle depending on income level. Clients are billed the remainder. private pay clients are billed for total cost of service and charged a $5 upcharge per mow which is put back into serving low-income individuals
