- Acts as the Family Services, Children's Mental Health, and Chemical Dependency Collaborative in Scott County. Collaborative convenes interagency dialogue and integration of services related to these outcome areas: Academic success, basic needs, community support, and safe and stable living environment. Also provides training and support for service coordination and facilitates access to flexible funding by trained service coordinators. - Service coordination provided by coordinators employed by collaborative's partner agencies. Partner agencies include Scott County Health & Human Services, CDA, CAP Agency, Scott County Community Corrections, Shakopee Schools, Prior Lake/Savage Schools, Jordan Schools, Belle Plaine Schools, and New Prague Schools.
