Adults who will be released from incarceration at a Minnesota Department of Corrections facility, NERCC (Northeast Regional Corrections Center) or Federal Prisons located in Minnesota and who are in Saint Louis County, have an interest and meet all expectations and participate in educational opportunities
Must be referred by a supervising facility case manager
8 am - 4:30 pm Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8 am - 8 pm Tuesday 8 am - 12 noon Friday
Must begin work with Re-entry Services prior to their release, case manager at supervising facility must call or go online to make a referral

Hours of Operation
Provides re-entry services that offer a voluntary program for individuals currently or recently incarcerated who are transitioning back into the community. Participants receive mentoring, case management, employment support, and help addressing barriers to successful reintegration. A weekly support and discussion group meets on Tuesdays from 6 pm - 7:30 p.m., providing a space for justice-involved individuals to connect, share experiences, and access resources. The group includes a free meal, guest speakers on topics like healthcare and financial management, and occasional social outings (e.g., BBQs, movies, bowling). Topics often include mindfulness, self-care, time management, and work/life balance.
