Single homeless men and women including those among the homeless population with medical conditions, mental illness, frailty or other vulnerabilities. Serves Hennepin County. Allows service and/or emotional support animals; Individuals with a service and/or emotional support animal will be required to sign a Service Animal Acknowledgment document.
