Eligibility
Individuals with low income who are residents of Blue Earth, Brown, Carver, Cottonwood, Dakota, Dodge, Faribault, Fillmore, Freeborn, Goodhue, Houston, Jackson, Le Sueur, Martin, McLeod, Mower, Murray, Nicollet, Nobles, Olmsted, Pipestone, Ramsey, Redwood, Rice, Rock, Scott, Sibley, Steele, Wabasha, Waseca, Washington, Watonwan, and Winona counties
Required documents
- Have all documents pertaining to the legal issues including any paperwork received concerning the case available before calling for a screening.
- If the individual is a refugee or other eligible alien, then I-94, permanent resident card, etc. is needed for service.
