Kinship Mentoring Program - Lakes Crisis and Resource Center
A mentoring program for children that improves lives by facilitating quality relationships with caring adult volunteers for the purpose of promoting stability, support, friendship, and community. The mentor and mentee spend a couple hours together at least two times per month. Accepting both adult volunteers to become mentors and referrals of children who would benefit from having a mentor.

Eligibility
- Children ages 5 - 16 and are residents of Becker and Otter Tail counties - Volunteer mentors must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, have completed a background check and 3 references, and keep ongoing communication with the Kinship Coordinator
